Who Loves Windows Vista?
go.tagjag.com – During a recent live call, Charles nearly knocked me out of my chair when he proclaimed that he LOVES Windows Vista. I was honestly shocked, especially since the calls were supposed to be about Windows 7. Charles stated emphatically that he never had issues with Vista, and that it actually just worked for him. We did, of course, end up discussing his views on Windows 7, and about Microsoft in general. twitter.com – chris.pirillo.com
Loves, Vista, Windows, windows 7, www.youtube.com,

Seemed like chris was acting like a bit of a “know all prick” in this video. The guy on the phone seemed really nice.

@MadeiraLion vista works well, i thik the problem with vista was the 3 years of hardware advantage we have now for 7. if the actual hardware were available for vista at that time for sure people like it.

I had vista for almost a year and only got a BSOD once when I had 7 viruses and it was on startup.
That was the worst problem i had on it. the only other problems were glitches on google chrome.

1. I like prefer Vista to XP. Don’t see much difference between Vista & 7.
2. Had Blue Screen several times on old XP system, never on my Vista system(nearly a year now).

I fucking despise Vista.
Three BSODs, cannot figure out why. Most likely DRIVER INCOMPATIBILITY, even after I updated every single driver or made sure everything was fine. Memtests and other diagnostics could not detect any hardware issues.
Finally upgraded to Win7 Ultimate a few days ago, and it has been remarkably smooth and quick.
Vista is a piece of shit and should never have been released. I SWEAR it has fucking errors at the basecode.
Me – Microsoft Fanboy.
Me – Hates Vista.

I love Vista too. In my system (Q6600@3200, 4GB RAM, 8800GTX) I don’t see any diference betwen Vista and Seven. I think that the Vista’s problem was the component betwen the keyboard and the chair.

Wow… I loved Vista, my first rig only had two GB ram, a C2D E4500, XFX 8600. Not a single problem. Now my $850 lappy is running windows 7. I’ve never had problems w/ either :. I’ve only had a single BSOD across Vista and 7. It was a hardware based crash – my ram didn’t have a high enough voltage running through it. So all I did was pop into my bios and it was a 5 second fix. It wasn’t software based, it was hardware based (out of control of the OS). The touchsmart isn’t a good piece of hard.

I hate vista, a failed windows update may require a complete reinstall. Happened to me twice. Malware removal is also tougher on Vista, which required me to reinstall as well.
Still using it though, LOL. No updates, only security updates, and only safe browsing now
January 31st, 2010 22:15
I liked vista… well i liked it better than xp. Till i switched to windows 7.
