I am fixing someones machine OPHCrack is telling me “no partition containing hashes found” i believe his windows is installed on the second partition, could this be causing the problem or does it have something to do with Acer recovery partition i am just guessing here… any help would be appreciated
hey i did really everything. burning the CD, putting my boot device to the first place, restart. but it doesnt work. is that because you have to press a key to start it? and if do what key and where can i see that?
i have a question, like if ur not on ur admin and like u try to figure out the admin, like when u try the to download ophcrack wouldnt it ask for ur pass to diwbload it???
same with me i did this for windows xp and it worked perfectly but now for vista i cant get it to work and yes i did it with the proper version of ophcrack
i use this program from an usb flash drive it works fine, but were on the screen am i suppoes to find the password/words? i did the graphic thingy and it starts working i think? but i can find anything? i also tryed that text thingy it says saved the text in oph.txt or something like that were do i find that file :S ?
I tested 2 Cd-R on my Other Vista pc and it says Boot Up from CD failed?
how come i burned the iso file onto the disc
how do i boot up from usb, where do i need to put the iso file just into to usb ? Ophcrack.iso drag and drop into usb and how do i boot up then?

i boot it from the cd but it doesn’t make linex run it says its missing or not found

Note: Don’t forget to change your first boot device to CD-ROM in BIOS setup inorder to load the OPHRACK.
how am i supposed to do that? plz reply fast cause i want to have it done today xD

Great program. I have it loaded on 2 CD’s and I am in the process of putting them on my super-mighty multi-pass usb thumbdrive.
However, I must point out that, it doesn’t work on passwords that are greater than 15 chars in length. Also, It doesn’t work on EFS systems.
