Ok so I’m formulation to format my computer(wipe out everything) as well as implement windows 7.If we get 32 bit will we be means to download WoW WotLK as well as in 62 bit?And what if we though a UPGRADE from windows perspective to Windows 7,will we be means to clean out all implement Windows 7 a UPGRADE?

Windows 7 32 bit can run on both 32 bit and 64 bit processors whereas 64 bit Windows 7 requires a 64 bit processor. Most of the modern processors are 64 bit (right from Intel Pentium D). A 64 bit Windows 7 will be able to use more RAM then 32 bit Windows which has a limit of about 3.5 GB of RAM.
You cannot run 64 bit applications on 32 bit OS but a 64 bit Windows can run 32 bit applications. But before installing a 64 bit OS , you must make sure that you have 64 bit drivers for your system.
As of now, you should consider switching to 64 bit only if the software you want to use has a native 64 bit build and you are sure that it will provide large performance advantage.
You cannot upgrade from 32bit Vista to 64bit Windows 7, you will have to buy a new copy.

I just want to add one thing to Abhishek’s excellent answer above –
When you purchase the retail copy of Windows 7 Upgrade, it comes with both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of the OS. You throw the x64 disc in the drive while in your existing OS and start the install.
You can perform a Custom install using the upgrade this way, which basically installs the x64 OS one of two ways:
* Choose to format your partition before installing. Everything is wiped clean on that partition. You reinstall everything.
* Choose to install on the same partition, into a new system directory. Your old OS directory is renamed to Windows.old and becomes inactive, your new x64 bit OS will load most every driver on it’s own, but it’s always a good idea to visit the hardware manufacturer’s website and download the latest 64 bit Vista/Win7 drivers for your devices.
You still reinstall your programs, but you don’t lose other files you created.
No matter which you choose, I would back up any important documents or files before you performed an upgrade or install.
