@fritolize No it won’t erase anything. I have already said this in earlier comments. This will only change your themes,sounds but this is not a Format.
You can return everything how it was before by only creating a Restore Point at the beginning. I have showed in the video how to Create a Restore Point from 0:34 until 0:54

@1zzak If you do an upgrade probably will be lost everything because you are formatting it and then you are installing a new Operating System.
This transformation showed on this video is not an upgrade , it just a demonstration to make XP look like 7 but in reallity you are still using Windows XP.
