How do I put my windows 7 home toolbar back to the bottom?

I am using windows 7 64 bit and on the main screen, it has the regular toolbar. Well, I screwed it up and now the toolbar is on the top. How do I put it back down on the bottom?

Ich verwende Windows 7 64-bit- und es hat auf dem Hauptbildschirm der regulären Symbolleiste. Nun, ich verschraubt es rauf und die Symbolleiste wird jetzt auf die Oberseite. Wie setzen ich es auf dem Boden wieder nach unten?

    Right click the taskbar on an empty portion, make sure the ‘lock the taskbar’ box is unchecked, drag to your desired location. Relock the taskbar when it is in your preferred location.
