I believe that the game runs on the Source engine (ex. Counter Strike: Source, Half Life 2, Half Life 2:Ep 1, Half Life 2:Ep 2, etc.) because of the similar options in the game (as shown in the beginning of the video) and the blur picture effect right before you get to the main menu (Just like in Half Life 2).
