query of Albert : My HP TouchSmart notebook on a blue display, it looks like a frozen screen underwate support is? Windows 7? My notebook (HP TouchSmart) will not pass that display screen. When I turn on my laptop it tells me to “restoration Windows Start off” button, I go and then it into the underwater-hunting blue display and all I see is the arrow. I do not know what to do, and I had the laptop a month in the past helppp! Oh, and I have Windows 7, whether or not the hilft.oh indeed, she also has no cd / dvd, which constructed in. .. damn laptop crashed. want to install on Windows 7. make certain if its commence-up that the disc break in the DVD-ROM drive and boot from the begin and say DVD-ROM, and it commences to install. o ya you lost all ur data on the hard push when you backed it up someplace else
