I used registry modification “creating a string KeepRasConnections of value 1″ but it doesn’t worked.(I think it is for only xp)

When I click view details it says “APPCRASH” and just a moment ago while trying to restart it I got “AppHangXProcB1″. I have tried resetting it, restoring, reinstalling it, deleting all history and am now out of ideas. Please help!
