Ok so I was restarting my personal computer a single day and then this message comes up “Windows could not start off simply because the subsequent file is missing or corrupt: windowssystem32configsystem. u have to reformat ur computer so if i exactly where u i would inquire some famly members or a expert to reformat ur laptop or computer i have the exact same difficulty and now that i reformated it it hasnt arrived back its functioning like model new now..
