I just received this dialog box pop up when I experimented with opening a phrase document and the software is inactive (blue background document not opened and greyed out icons)

I don’t think this is very healthy for my HD because I use the PC almost all day, and it ends up shutting down and restarting all the time. Is there a place in the control panel where I can turn this timer off?
