My laptop or computer works fine… It is just that on Vista House Top quality, it seems that each time I click on “Run as Administrator” or run a software needing administrator rights… I often get like a two second delay prior to the dialogue box seems to “permit” or “carry on” validation and then right after I click on it, there is an additional two second delay of “black display screen” and then it functions good… It is just very frustrating…

I never know why, but it keeps declaring that for some stuff, I want administrator rights…. BUT I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR!!!
-_- please help me, I have checked underneath the person issue, in control panel, and it says that I am the administrator… Im also the only user.

I have Windows Vista Property Premium, and I got my new laptop (the 1 im using) the daybefore yesterday….
